1. Service Overview

MintPop ("MintPop", "we", "us"), operated by Energyline, provides developers with a unified API to access multimodal AI capabilities — including text, vision, and voice — through a single endpoint, billed on a usage basis. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts & API Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Credits

The service is billed on a usage basis using prepaid credits. Applicable fees are shown before purchase. Credits and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Availability & Changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintPop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Refund Policy

• The service is billed on a usage basis through prepaid credits.
• Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Charges already incurred for usage are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MintPop to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• generate or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• generate content prohibited by applicable law or by the policies of the underlying providers.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
